Popis:	SUMMARY Craniopharyngiomas are common suprasellar tumours but these are rarely associated with vasogenic oedema. Because the oedema extends into the optic tracts and optic radiations, a characteristic pattern is produced that resembles a moustache. The oedema is thought to be due to leakage of craniopharyngioma contents. Such a case is presented in this communication.
