Popis:	C untilfurther use. Genomic DNA was extracted from whole bloodof the G6PD deficient subjects using DNA extraction kit(Roche Molecular Biochemicals, Switzerland). All sampleswere analysed by PCR-RFLP method for the G1003A muta-tion in exon 9 which is characteristic of G6PD Chatham.
