Popis: | Psoriasis is an immune-mediated inflammatory skin condition. Accumulating evidence suggest that there is an intimate relationship between intestinal dysbiosis and psoriasis. In order to evaluate the specificity of intestinal microflora in patients with psoriasis and to investigate the link between psoriasis and gut microbiota, this study collected stool samples from 20 patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis and 20 healthy controls. Methodological details are provided in the online supplementary material. |
