Popis: | Recent developments in wind tunnel data acquisition and computational capabilities, and in the field of risk and reliability analyses have prompted a reevaluation of current methods of describing fluctuating pressures for cladding design purposes. This paper discusses some alternative descriptive forms based on the crossing rate function and presents several measurements from both model and full scale. Implications for assessing cladding design wind loads are discussed. |
