Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) is a neurologic dis- order that typically presents with orthostatic headaches due to low cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure and/or CSF leakage, usu- ally accompanied by neck pain, tinnitus, disturbed hearing, photophobia and/or nausea. SIH symptoms disappear after cor- rec tion of CSF pres sure.
