El estudio tuvo como objetivo comprender la manera en que las familias en relación con el colegio y los jóvenes, intervienen en la construcción de estrategias de afrontamiento desde los procesos reflexivos frente a las situaciones de bullying y ciberbullying. Contando de esta manera, con la participación voluntaria de diez familias del Colegio de la Presentación en el Municipio de Ubaté, Cundinamarca, donde cuatro sujetos ocuparon el rol de agresor y seis el rol de agredido en edades que oscilaban entre los 13 y 11 años. De este modo, la investigación se planteo bajo la lógica del paradigma sistémico- complejo, proponiendo a su vez una postura propositiva frente al fenómeno del acoso escolar, posibilitando así que los hallazgos más significativos del estudio se centren en la comprensión de la posibilidad con la que cuentan las familias en su interacción con los demás sistemas (escolar y social), que sus roles no son estáticos al potencializar desde su experiencia el agenciamiento y transformación frente a situaciones que inicialmente pueden ser consideradas como ambivalentes, donde a través del proceso reflexivo puedan llegar a ser percibidas desde el significado de la valentía y comprensión por parte de todos los actores. The study aimed to understand the way in which families in relation to school and young people are involved in the construction of coping strategies from reflexive processes to situations of bullying and cyberbullying. Counting in this way, with the voluntary participation of ten families of the College of the Presentation in the Municipality of Ubaté, Cundinamarca, where tour subjects occupied the role of aggressor and six the role of assaulted at ages ranging from 13 to 17 years. Thus, the research was raised under the logic ot the systemic-complex paradigm, in turn proposing a proactive stance against the phenomenon of bullying, thus allowing the most significant findings of the study to focus on understanding the possibillty with that families have in their interaction with the other systems (school and social), that their roles are not static by potentialing from their experience the agency and transformation in situations that initially can be considered as ambivalent where through the reflective process they can become perceived from the meaning of courage and understanding on the part of all actors.
