| Popis: | The granting of industrial land to investors in Algeria has gone through several phases, the most important of which is the public auction, which ends with a waiver. However, the complementary finance law of 2011 made it possible to adopt the amicable agreement as the sole procedure. In this context, Algerian law has conferred on the wali the main authority to conclude an administrative contract with the parties concerned, in accordance with legal procedures. |
