Popis: | A method for the determination of pentachlorophenol residues in human blood has been designed which involves the simultaneous application of acid pH, mild heat, and agitation of the sample with benzene extractant for the isolation of the pesticide from blood. It is applicable to quantities of one milliliter or less of blood and the detectability limits of the pesticide are in the low parts per billion range. |
