| Popis: | At the present moment, a special attention has been paid to the optimal organization of the urban environment to meet modern environmental requirements. The economic development of urban systems depends largely on a literate account of both social and environmental factors. The analysis of indicators of the current state of the city of Chelyabinsk is given and which reveals a trend of further environmental problem aggravation. Based on statistical and cartographic data, an ecological map is built and a brief territorial review is given. The resulting analysis with area maps with varying degrees of the environmental stress were the basis for assessing the economic and urban development indicator territory, the correlation and regression analysis of the impact of the integrated environmental site assessment were carried out on the value of the real estate and the actual loss of customers due to environmental violations in the districts of Chelyabinsk was determined. |
