Popis:	Acute idiopathic blind spot enlargement (AIBSE) is a rare condition which is poorly understood. To our knowledge, this is the first report of acute idiopathic blind spot enlargement following covid-19 vaccination. We believe there is educational value for ophthalmologists to recognize the potential association of ocular inflammation and new mRNA vaccines.
