| Popis: | The current standard conditioning regimen before auto-SCT in patients with multiple myeloma is melphalan 200 mg/m(2). Several attempts have recently been made to improve this aspect of the high-dose therapy procedure. The scope of this review article is to summarize current knowledge on conditioning regimens in this setting. |
