Popis:	Callus cultures from ovary and ovule of Neottia nidus-avis (L.) Rich. were obtained. Dependence of callus genesis on growth regulators composition of nutrient medium it was shown. Cytomorphological analysis of callus cultures demonstrat their high morphogenetic potential.
