| Popis: | We report a case of synchronous transitional cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma in an augmented bladder 8 years after cecocystoplasty. We discuss the clinical presentation as well as current clinical and basic research concepts, and suggest that the anastomotic zone in such cases may be at risk for malignant transformation. |
