| Popis: | A new method for analysis of phosphoenolpyruvate has been developed. The assay is based upon the stoichiometric conversion of ADP to ATP by the enzyme pyruvate kinase in the presence of variable amounts of PEP, and subsequent measurement of the ATP with a luciferin-luciferase preparation. |
