Popis:	A special ionization chamber has been described which has three electrodes and two air volumes. The device may be used to measure very small doses where the dose is proportional to a voltage in contrast to a conventional chamber where the dose is proportional to the difference between two almost equal voltages. The device may be used to measure large doses. No prior knowledge of the dose expected is required since the measuring range may be selected after the chamber has been irradiated.
