Popis: | 1. The synthesis of immunoreactive LH in the pineal gland and hypothalamus of ratsin vitro was detected by an immunochemical method. In the cerebral cortex, thalamus, and corpus striatum the biosynthesis of this hormone was not detected. 2. Luliberin stimulated the synthesis of immunoreactive LH in the pineal gland. Puromycin reduced the synthesis of this hormone in the pineal gland and hypothalamus by 40 and 60%, respectively. |
