Popis: | At 6:27 p.m., a local flight team was activated for an interfacility transfer of a 6-month-old boy with a foreign body aspiration. The child was reportedly playing with an older sibling at home. According to the patient's mother, she stepped out of the room briefly and returned to find the child coughing and mildly cyanotic. The older sibling reported that the baby had ingested an object that was likely a plastic toy. Ground 911 EMS was called, and the child was transported to a local community hospital without any change in his respiratory status. |
