This is a study of 3013 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) from all the three tertiary hospitals in Singapore. It shows the changing trend of etiology of HCC over time with chronic hepatitis B infection decreasing in lieu of cryptogenic/non‐alcoholic steatohepatitis etiology. It also documents for the first time HCC treatment modality in Singapore and the change over time.
