Popis: The article presents the author's view on the topical issues of modeling of management decisions in emergency situations in the context of evolutionary development of the technogenic environment. Evolutionary paths emerge updated forms of communicative quasi-social relations between man and technology, which brings to the fore the problems of self-organization, innovative robotic, cybernetic systems and technobiotic stage of the evolution of human civilization.
