Popis: | Motivation encourages creativity, innovation, professional development of employees and is the key for high business standards. Starting point for this research is that motivation for work will be greater if a person can fulfil several diversified needs. System of rewarding concentrates on design, implementation and maintenance of different forms. For this research intangible factors of motivation were defined. Aim of the research was to determine the differences in perception of intangible factors considering the size of the company they work in. The total of 536 respondents presented that without regard of the size of company they work for they consider intangible factors and strategies as very important. |
