| Popis: | the article analyzes the corpus of legal acts regulating the sphere of tourism. it is shown that the complex nature of tourism, its formation by many social relations, determines its regulation by the norms of several branches of law. It is specified that the state of regulation of the tourism industry depends on the current position of the branch dominant in the system of law. |
