Popis: | Total poly(A)-containing RNA from Brockmann boides of carp (Cyprinus carpio) directs the synthesis of authentic carp proinsulin in Xenopus oocytes. Neither preproinsulin nor further processing of the proinsulin to insulin can be detected in the oocytes. |
