Popis: | Vaccines against measles (Moraten—ATTENUVAX), mumps (Jeryl Lynn) and rubella (HPV-77 duck) were produced from virus grown by a new unit process method employing titanium discs in stainless steel tanks for support of cell growth. The yields of virus and the clinical findings in tests of the vaccine were comparable to those obtained when conventional bottle cell culture methods were employed. |
