Popis: | Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) are alternative high efficiency energy conversion devices considered for automotive and stationary applications. However, the durability of the fuel cell materials used in PEMFCs falls short of the 5,000 operating hour requirement. One of the major reasons for the degradation of PEMFCs is thought to be the loss of electrochemical activity during operation. In this work, we present a systematic study on the impact of Pt nanocatalyst size of PEMFC cathodes on stability and electrochemical performance decay. |
