Popis:	Herein, a signal-on liquid crystal microarray (LCM) sensor is designed for the first time with a micro-spectral optical sensing signal. Depending on the change of the orientation of the LC molecules in the LCM films and the intensity of the spectral peaks of the PhCs, the signal-on LCM biosensor achieves the detection of AFB1 and the Partial Response Mechanism (PSM) of the LCM films is discovered.
