| Popis: | This case describes the surgical methodology and the procedure for follow-up in a patient who had midline cleft of the upper lip, mid-alveolar cleft, double frenulum, and alveolar mass. Our patient is the first who meets the criteria for Pai syndrome with cavernous hemangioma and is also the fourth case with concomitant double frenulum. |
