The article presents the conditions and results of comparative tests of a machine for pre-sowing ridges processing. According to the results of comparative tests, it was found that the use of the developed machine for pre-sowing treatment of ridges, equipped with pointed paws, rotary rippers and slat rollers ensures high-quality performance of the technological process of processing ridges throughout their profile, as well as the possibility of high-quality crumbling of the soil in the furrows, on the slopes and the top of the ridges. The use of the developed machine in comparison with the mounted harrow makes it possible to improve the quality of work and productivity by 23 and 25%, respectively, as well as reduce labor costs and fuel consumption by up to 1.35 times. |
