Popis: | A recently in this journal reported luminescence immunoassay for the direct quantification of birch and grass pollen allergens on air sampling filters, DOSIS, has been miniaturized. By means of a commercially avaliable chlorinated analogue of the previously used 1,2 dioxetane phosphate derivative as enzyme substrate, the air sampling filter diameter could be reduced from 25 mm to 13 mm. The procedure leads to a more than twenty times reduction of the previously reported limit of quantification for the grass pollen allergen. |
