Popis: | Various techniques were used to develop a method for the growth ofTrichophyton mentagrophytes on fabrics. Air Force sock samples composed of wool, nylon and cotton mixtures were used as test materials. Growth of the organism on sock samples was obtained at 23°C and 70% relative humidity after “seeding” with horsehair spraying with yeast extract. |
