Popis:	Group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) elicit ostensibly paradoxical responses, such as tissue repair and stimulation of tumorigenesis. Given emerging evidence that ILC2s also contribute to cancer immunosurveillance, we reassess the role of ILC2s in tumorigenesis and discuss recent insights into their tumoricidal potential.
