| Popis: | Malakoplakia is an unusual chronic inflammatory process generally confined to the urinary tract collecting system. Renal parenchymal involvement is rare and has been neported in only 1 3 cases [1 -7]. We describe the radiographic findings of renal malakoplakia, which have not been emphasized previously, and add a new case to the literature. In addition, this is the first report of renal vein thrombosis associated with renal malakoplakia. |
