Popis: | We present the results of a laboratory evaluation of a two dimensional 32 x 32 InSb detector array of the CID type. The tests have been carried out with levels of background and temperature much lower than foreseen by the manufacturer, in order to evaluate the array under the conditions found in astronomical observations. |
