Popis: | SHIELD is an EU-funded project, targeting at thedesign and development of a novel cybersecurity framework, withthe aim of which offers security-as-a-Service in an evolved telcoenvironment. The SHIELD framework leverages NFV (NetworkFunctionsVirtualization) and SDN (Software-DefinedNetworking) for virtualization and dynamic placement ofvirtualised security appliances in the network (virtual NetworkSecurity Functions – vNSFs), Big Data analytics for real-timeincident detection and mitigation, as well as attestation techniquesfor securing both the infrastructure and the services. This paperpresents a detail Roadmapping analysis and identifies the factorsthat will affect market adoption and the evolution of SHIELD orsimilar cybersecurity solutions. |
