Osteonecrosis is defined as “necrosis of bone due to obstruction of its blood supply” [1]. Although osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ) can be occur spontaneous or idiopathic, etiologic agents most often serve as modifiers for a specific case of ONJ.
