ATR-FTIR EXPERIMENTS WITH R8[SI8O12] ON GE AND ZNSE

| Popis: | ATR-FTIR Spectroscopy is applied to study the infrared spectra of adsorbed Hg 8 [Si 8 O 12 ] on ZnSe and Cl 8 [Si 8 O 12 ] which has reacted with the surface −OH groups of Ge. We report the spectra of H 8 [Si 8 O 12 ]in the range from 4000 to 40 cm −1 and the symmetry coordinates of the vibrationally allowed modes. Comparison is made of the spectra of the chemi- and physisorbed species with those of the free molecules. |
