Popis: | Tian J., Ogi H., Tada T., et al. "Local surface elastic constants by resonant-ultrasound microscopy", Journal of Applied Physics, 96(1), 133-137 (2004) https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1755432. The resonant-ultrasound microscopy is discussed for measuring elastic-constant distribution over a solid's surface. An oscillating electric field is applied to a rectangular-parallelepiped oscillator of langasite crystal by a sorrounding solenoid coil. This generates and detects the vibrations of the crystal without electrodes and wires. An accurate resonance-frequency measurement is provided by the isolated langasite crystal. |
