Popis:	Purpose: Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (P-J) is an autosomal dominant disorder that is characterized by polyps and mucocutaneous pigmentation. Many P-J patients will develop isolated polyps in the stomach, small bowel, or colon. Rarely small intestinal or colonic polyposis has been reported. We describe a unique case of isolated gastric polyposis of the P-J type causing chronic, refractory GI blood loss.
