Popis:	A simplified technique using labia minora for total lining of the neovagina succeeded in 7 of our 10 patients with encouraging cosmetic and physiological results. In the remaining 3 patients, because of the smaller size of the labia minora, additional free skin grafts were necessary. The surgical technique, especially the surgical anatomy of the labia minora, is described in detail.
