| Popis: | The kinetic of human growth hormone (HGH) have been investigated as a function of experimental duration. Using a 2 compartmental model, significant changes in the production rate was observed when the duration of experiment was changed. On the basis of statistical criteria, a time of 4 hr is recommended as the optimum duration of the study. |
