Popis: | The article develops a graph-analytical method of compromise distribution of costs to ensure the margin of accuracy as well as the reliability of the element base depending on the nature of the acceleration of the aging process. It is shown how the increase of the error of the measuring channels of the test station with different levels of initial accuracy and speed of its change (reliability of the element base) affects the time of metrological serviceability. There were also investigated methods of achievement by the manufacturer of long-term metrological serviceability of measuring channels of test station. The first way is to provide the required level of "aging margin" in the form of a sufficient value of the margin of the normalized margin of error in relation to its actual value. The second method is the selection of high-quality (reliable) radio elements of the measuring channels of the test station, which provides a slowdown in the drift of parameters over time. It is noted that these methods of ensuring the metrological serviceability of measuring channels have a different price depending on the nature of the acceleration of the aging process, which is determined experimentally or by simulation methods. The use of technological methods is considered, which ensures the reliability of the element base of measuring channels and reduce the rate of loss of accuracy. It is proposed to solve the problem of rational distribution of costs between the costs of ensuring the margin of accuracy and the costs of ensuring the reliability (quality) of the element base by the graph-analytical method with limited funding for the construction of of measuring channels of test station. A limitation of the developed method will be to consider only the components related to the provision of the accuracy margin and the reliability margin of the element base among the total costs, whereas other costs are considered constant. |
