Popis:	A pilot study was performed to investigate the use of digital PCR (dPCR) to detect minimal residual disease (MRD) in patients with multiple myeloma. dPCR allows greater quantitative specificity in PCR reactions by performing multiple, minute PCR reactions on individual DNA templates.
