| Popis: | Hydrogenation of linear ω-azido-pentafluorophenyl esters from mixed oligomers of 6-amino-6-deoxy-D-galactonic acid (or 6-amino-6-deoxy-D-mannonic acid) and 6-aminohexanoic acid gives cyclic peptides containing 14-, 28- and 42-membered ring lactams. Hydrogenation of a tetrameric peptide derived from ε-amino acids gave a 28-membered ring lactam in 79% yield. © 2003 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. |
