| Popis: | Absence of the penis is a rare congenital anomaly of the male infant that may be associated with other congenital anomalies. Management in the last two decades has changed from initial female gender assignment to penile reconstruction procedures. In our sub-region, training and experience in penile reconstruction are imperative. |
