Popis:	The development of exports in the flour milling industry is analyzed. It is determined that flour milling industry has become export-oriented in the past ten years. An expert evaluation of the “Flour export” activity direction's attractiveness was carried out according to the method of I. Ansoff. Its attractiveness for the development of the flour milling industry enterprises was established. The process for forming the strategy of the enterprise’s foreign economic activity is improved.
