Popis: | The influence of thermal fluctuations upon escape widths of giant resonances is analyzed within a thermal random phase approximation that includes the effect of the continuum through the use of resonant single-particle states in the basis set of states. It is found that those escape widths are only weakly dependent on the temperature. |
