Popis: Spectra and kinetics of emission of YAG:0.5% Er 3+ monocrystal in visible and NIR ranges were investigated under laser-thermal excitation by the pulses of CO 2 laser of 100 ns duration at wavelength λ = 10,6 μμm. Kinetics of integral emission was interpreted.
