Popis: | In this paper was shown the procedure of determining the distance of individual knife-points regard to blade trajectory. Also was determined knife angle setting critical value in the case of the rotary tiller with reverse rotor rotation direction. Depending on changes in the working speed from 0.43 to 1.08 m/s critical value of the knife angle setting g were in ranges 75.11° to 69.24°. Lower values of the knife angle setting were calculated for the higher values of working speed. Knowing the knife angle set can be determined the area of application of the existing rotary tiller. For new construction of rotary tiller optimum angle knife setting can be achieved minimum value of the angle cutting which would lead to a decrease value of energy involved in soil tillage by rotary tiller. Calculate the distance of individual points on the back of the knife blade from the point of exit from the soil surface is a prerequisite for calculating the optimum knife shape, and the elimination of unnecessary friction with the back of a knife on fallow soil. |
