Popis: | (1) Vasculitic manifestations in Behcet's syndrome involve several organs, including the eye, skin, major blood vessels, and central nervous system. (2) Azathioprine, cyclosporin, cyclophosphamide, and interferon-a are effective in the treatment of ocular manifestations of Behcet's syndrome. (3) Erythema nodosum lesions may be treated with colchicine. (4) Well-designed trials of agents for the treatment of Behcet's syndrome affecting major vessels and the central nervous system are required. |
