Popis: The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the application of SMART-technologies in the process of teaching biology in basic school. The role of the use of SMART technologies in the educational process is presented. Features of SMART Board interactive whiteboard technology, its main functions and advantages are described. The main features of SMART Notebook software are considered. The role of the LEARNING APPS online resource in preparing a teacher for a biology lesson in basic school is demonstrated. The main focus is on the main features of the LEARNING APPS resource: providing support for the learning and teaching process through interactive exercises, collecting interactive exercises and sharing them. LEARNING APPS is designed to develop and store didactic multimedia interactive tasks that allow the teacher to consolidate and test students' knowledge in a game form, which promotes cognitive interest, motivation for learning. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, the effectiveness of the lessons learned using SMART technology was investigated and the level of students' skills in the use of the SMART complex in biology lessons was analyzed. According to the results of the experiment, it was concluded that the use of SMART technologies in the educational process in basic school influences the general tendency to increase the level of educational achievement of students and the formation of skills and skills in the subject of biology. Using the technology of SMART complex increases the level of learning new material, it becomes more accessible, increases the interest and activity of students, formed cognitive interest in biology lessons in basic school.
