Popis: | In October 2004 a group of tissue viability practitioners came together to discuss issues around communicating with and empowering patients in wound care. The aim of the forum, sponsored by Mölnlycke Health Care Tendra Academy, was to develop a consensus framework for health-care professionals to enable patient partnership and empowerment at a level acceptable to individual patients. Here, we present a summary of the resulting document. |
